The path of the shaman is a constantly moving, changing dance of life.  Everything in the shaman’s universe has energy, vibration, consciousness and power of its own.  The quest of the shamanic path is to achieve both the attunement with these vibrations and the familiarity with Spirit.

This apprentice group will discuss the high point of knowledge and action of the apprenticing shaman.

How we decide to adapt shamanic methods and follow a shamanic path is our personal choice.  From the shamans of old, we may take the great wisdom of staying centered in our own power.

We take the isolation of the shaman and translate it into inner solitude.

We take the traumas and wounds of the shaman we find already in our own life experiences.

We reach into our own hearts and find the compassion of the wounded healer.

To choose to follow a shamanic path is to call for healing and transformation from the deepest center of our self.

May the attainment of this inner balance, or inner purification from imbalance, from conflicting forces, bring about the restoration of our health.

Contents for shamanic discussion groups - 21 month of discussion groups once a month or every 6 weeks or so ...

Each discussion group is $45 per person with a $20 off coupon for attending the very next discussion group.  So you will always get $20 off if you attend every discussion group after the first one.  If you get a coupon for the very next discussion and cannot attend the very next session then the next discussion group you attend will be back to $45 with a coupon worth $20 off the very next discussion group.

The apprenticing Shaman is one who takes the discussion groups seriously and if you can’t make it the fee appropriately starts over.  If you are serious about the apprenticing and miss a very important discussion you should catch up on your studies. ie see if you can borrow someone’s notes. There will not be handouts for these discussion groups the student should bring their own journal and take notes.

 Also the date doesn’t always have to be the same especially with the weather etc. we can change the date but the group should make every effort to attend the date posted.

It is said that the “eyes are the windows to the soul”, Dorothy Blanchard will speak about the fascinating subject of Iridology to show us that eyes are indeed windows into our health helping us know ourselves better.

Iridology is the study of the color, pigmentation and structure of the iris of the eye as it relates genetically to the strengths and deficiencies of the body system.  No two eyes are alike and each color and marking has a unique meaning for each individual. Over a thousand years ago physicians examined patient’s eyes to determine methods of treatment.

Dorothy has had a number of years experience in the medical field. She has performed as an LPN, phlebotomist, EKG and surgical technician as well as an infusion nurse, colon hydrotherapist and has done ear candling. She holds a Masters in Holistic Nutrition with an Herbal Compliment and currently received her Diploma in Iridology.
