We encourage you to do your own research and find what resonates with you. There are no wrong answers only the answers that work for you.  We will share suggestions to you to aid in your process. These suggestions are not required but offered as tools that we have tried personally and have had success with.

We focus on a mind, body, spirit connection to aid you in your personal journey. At times you may choose to be a part of a group session or opt for a personal individual session. Whichever path you choose you will receive an experience that is unique to you and your needs.
