Past Life Regression Sessions

Do you ever wonder about your past lives? 

Did you know you husband before?  Why are you so drawn to the career path you're on?  Why do some children love the water and some hate it? Why can't you get rid of those headaches?  

Looking at our possible past lives with the technique of Past Life Regression can help us remember our soul's purpose, assist with soul retrieval, and understand issues in our current incarnation. 

During a session it's possible that you may meet your spirit guides and view past lives. Clients often report that doing so allows  release of many fears in their current life. A sense of peace and deep relaxation is often reported too.

What happens in a past life regression session? 

We begin with Reiki as you relax in  chair or on the table. Then Betsy uses Transpersonal Hypnotherapy to guide you through visualization, breathing, and relaxation. Past life images will begin to surface along with possible contact and guidance from your spirit guides and passed loved ones.  Reiki, Karuna Reiki, Aromatherapy, Crystals and Stones are also implemented within the session as needed.
