Hypnotherapy - $75.00 1 Hour session Hypnotherapy is a deep relaxation technique that can help with changing habits and thought patterns. Especially helpful with affirmations.

Past Life Regression - $75.00 Exploring the possibility of past lives is entertaining, interesting and can bring insight into the current life.

Consulting/Discussion - $50.00 for a 1 hour session- Betsy shares her intuition, empathy and personal stories with you and discusses her theories about the nature of reality and tips on navigating this life. Call Betsy to set up a one-on-one class on a variety of topics like Reiki, Hypnotherapy, The Nature of Reality, Angels, Ghosts, Readings. Even practical subjects like healthy cooking!

Meditation & Breathwork - $20.00 to $60.00 - Proper breathing can bring healing and a clear mind, learn basic techniques.

Reiki Certification Classes - Reiki I & II classes are $100.00 and Master Certification Class is $300.00  Becoming a Reiki practitioner can enhance your personal growth and give you ways to help others. Betsy is an experienced Reiki Master/Teacher.

Workshops on Meditation & Breathwork or Past Life Regression - Bring your group or watch for posted dates of classes. $20.00 per person with a minimum of 5 guests to experience guided meditation and breathwork, aura clearing and past life regression.
